Adventure only matters if it means something

Racing to Dakar, yes — but with awareness and responsibility.

A controlled carbon footprint

Climate

A controlled carbon footprint

The Africa Eco Race is one of the few rallies to measure and offset 100% of its CO₂ emissions. Every kilo emitted is neutralised through concrete actions, with carbon neutrality as the goal.

  • Clean energy: with Zendure, solar batteries power the support vehicles and reduce the use of generators.
  • Eco-optimised logistics: less transport, better-managed resources at the bivouac, less waste.
The desert as a laboratory of the future

Innovation

The desert as a laboratory of the future

The Africa Eco Race actively supports new energies and alternative technologies. An experimental category is dedicated to clean vehicles, to test tomorrow’s energy solutions in extreme conditions.

A rally that gives back

Solidarity

A rally that gives back

The African adventure only makes sense if it leaves a positive mark. With AMADE Mondiale, every year we hand out solar lamps to isolated families, school supplies, medical equipment and toys for children.

  • Part of the entry fees goes to these actions.
  • A third of the crews collect donations themselves, handed out locally during the event.

For a responsible adventure

Africa is the cradle of rally-raid, and a land that deserves respect, care and commitment. Joining the Africa Eco Race means supporting a fairer, cleaner and more human model.
