From Tangier to Lac Rose
Three countries. 12 stages. Three landscapes. One finish line. A route designed to recapture everything that makes up the DNA of the Africa Eco Race: wide open spaces, navigation, sand and stages where endurance will make all the difference.

Start — Tangier, Morocco
Prologue facing the Atlantic
For the second year running, Tangier hosts the administrative and technical checks. Competitors then take on the prologue on the municipal beach, which sets the starting order for the first stage.
Week 1 — Morocco
Fast tracks and navigation
Morocco really gets the race going with a succession of varied terrain, alternating fast tracks, technical sections and navigation. A demanding first part, where finding the right rhythm from the very first kilometres is key.
Week 2 — Mauritania
Dunes and long specials
The rally enters another dimension. Time for wide open spaces, dunes and long specials in the desert. A decisive second week, where navigation, mechanical management and endurance are more essential than ever.
Finale — Senegal
The savannah, the beach, Lac Rose
A third, radically different landscape: the African savannah, among the baobabs, on a special full of character. Before reaching Lac Rose, competitors take on “La Plage”, the final special of the adventure, which no longer counts towards the standings but brings the rally to a close in a setting that has become inseparable from the Africa Eco Race.
The detailed route, with distances and the specifics of each category — notably Modern Race and Historic — will be revealed after the reconnaissance, at the end of November.
